Charles A. Kupchan

Ensayista y profesor estadounidense. Es miembro senior del Consejo de Relaciones Exteriores (CFR) y profesor de asuntos internacionales en la Universidad de Georgetown, en la Escuela Walsh de Servicio Exterior y el Departamento de Gobierno. De 2014 a 2017 se desempeñó como asistente especial del presidente y director sénior de Asuntos Europeos en el equipo del Consejo de Seguridad Nacional (NSC), durante la administración de Barack Obama. También fue director de Asuntos Europeos del NSC durante la primera administración de Bill Clinton. Antes de incorporarse al NSC de Clinton, trabajó en el Departamento de Estado de EEUU en el equipo de planificación de políticas. Anteriormente, fue profesor adjunto de Política en la Universidad de Princeton.
